#7 Zoom-in twice works; probably shouldn't

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ctrl-Shift-1 to zoom in
2. Click the mouse and draw some stuff
3. Ctrl-Shift-1 again zooms in on the zoom in
4. Click the mouse and draw some more stuff

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Zooms in twice.  Mouse-drawn stuff redraws (in step 4) but at the original
markup size.

It probably shouldn't zoom in twice.  If it does, it should handle
redrawing the markup correctly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.2; Windows XP
