[Demetercop-developers] Installing the tool

Hello,
I am currently involved in research dealing with source code complexity 
measures, and I am interested in using this tool. However, I am having 
trouble installing it. What steps should I follow?
My environment:
Intel P3
128 MB
RedHat 9.0
JDK 1.3.1
Eclipse 2.1.1
