There is a little problem when i run delineate in a
italian computer. In italian decimal separator is
comma; when i work with potrace i cannot use alpha
parameter because that bloks program (alpha parameter
is a comma-separator value).
I solve this problem running delineate with option
-Duser.language=en, but i think would be nice if this
problem will be solved in source code

I have the same problem with a french versio of Windows XP.

Thanks for the -D workaround !!!

Anyway, there is no problem with commas and autotrace, so it
would be nice if potrace worked also with commas.
