#4 Fatal exeption on start

I am not able to start delineate. I get the following
message from "Java Virtual Machine Launcher":
"Fatal exception occured. Program will exit."

Hi all!
OS: Windows XP, build 2600, SP1
Java: 1.4
After having installed POTRACE 1.4.1, I installed Delineate
and the first time the software runs OK, converting raster
to SVG files.
After that, I'm not able to run successfully delineate, but
I have no messages at all.
After deleted the whole Delineate directory and
re-installed, nothing change.
