Dear DejaVu font editors, I've finally managed to complete the patch for mathematical characters. The patch itself was created using scripts which take the latest version of UnicodeData.txt as a basis. It adds support for the math plane (1d400-1d7ff) by referencing characters in the same font. With this patch the support for the high math plane is almost complete (over the whole font family), only missing "script" and "Fraktur" fonts.
