[DejaVu-fonts] Update Plans page continuously

Hi.

Last patch from Tim May adds U+01DD which is claimed by Gee Fung Sit on 
Plans page. This is not the only case, it's just the last case - sorry Tim 
:-).

I beg you all (developers and committers) to use Plans page. It is not 
necessary to colorize your glyphs, although it would be a nice thing to 
do, I do it from time to time for all. But it is absolutely necessary to 
consult Plans and prevent any conflicts - if you have such urge for some 
already claimed glyph, contact the claimer, but don't ignore him. Thank 
you.

If someone does not have Wiki account and wants to claim some glyphs, 
either write mail with the claim to mailing list or ask me for Wiki 
account.
