I found the bug! And as a side-effect confirmed (for 100th time) my own stupidity. Problem was that postprocessing badly reordered tables in TTFs. What I wanted to achieve was to have same ordering of tables in the file as FontForge, but unfortunately that also changed the order by which they were referenced from tables directory (spec says that table directory must be sorted alphabetically by table tag names). Now the table directory is correct, but the order of tables in TTF changed. But it works on Windows. You can try latest snapshot (to be generated in a few hours).
