#36 Screen resolution, Tray icon etc.
This patch does the following:
Adds an icon to the system tray.
Reposition of window when switching to full window
mode.
Danish TeleText Codepage
Option to switch to 800x600 when going to full screen.
Pause capture on minimize
Maybe some more that I did a long time ago?
Put the DScaler.ico in the .\DScaler directory.
Hopes this can contribute in any way to the
development of a GREAT program.

Thank you for all that. We are going to apply all your
changes.
Three questions/remarks :
- "Reposition of window when switching to full window
mode" : what does it mean exactly ? When I go to full screen
and then come back to window mode, the position of the
DScaler window is already restored.
- "Option to switch to 800x600 when going to full screen" : I
am happy because I have already received such a request.
But the resolution should be put in the settings, allowing to
something else than only 800x600. Plus maybe different
predefined resolutions.
- "Adds an icon to the system tray" : I am happy too
because I have another request which needs the system tray
icon ;-)

Try to select "Reposition Window on Toggle Window Mode"
in the View menu, and press the TAB key (Toggle Menu), and
see what happenens.

I have made a few bug changes I found in the patch. The tray
icon pop-up menu didn't show up, and the tray icon was
moved from the DScaler resources to the DScalerRes
resources. Thereby the icon should also be placed in
the .\DScalerRes directory instead of the .\DScaler directory.

Note that the Danish teletext codepage is applicable to
*both* Danish and Norwegian (the language used in
Norway). Therefore, it should be called 'Danish/Norwegian'
in theGUI.

Well... I have made the suggested features in the file
newdiff.zip, plus added some more features.
Laurent: If your still experiencing problems, then mail me at
kristian@trenskow.com, and I will send you the file, but I've
made the new diff files from scratch, differing from the 401
source. The diff files are made with Araxis Merge 2001.

Well here I go with another pacth, which replaces the
previous I have submitted.
I made a few more changes since the last patch, but
including all the additions is:

Window repositioning when toggling menu bar
Change screen resolution to (640x480/800x600/1024x768)
when toggling full screen
See whats being inputted when entering a number for a new
teletext page
T key toggles TeleText on/off
SHIFT+T toggles TeleText Transperant on/off
Danish/Norwegian TeleText codepage
Stop video on minimize
Most of these are optional.
Put the DScaler.ico in the .\DScalerRes directory.
Still a GREAT program!
