#148 Get modes from DScaler API

I use DScaler with an IR remote. I want to use the same
keys in normal tv mode, in txt mode, and in epg mode
for different functions. If I know the actual mode of
DScaler, then the problem is solved.
Please make a DScaler API message, that returns
available modes(tv, txt, epg for particular channel,
epg whitout filtering)
