#139 PAL Calibration - DVE

Hi

Would it be possible to add a calibration pattern which
works with Digital Video Essentials PAL version. I have
good results using the THX Optimod but have heard this
pattern may be disc specific and adding DVE would be a
bonus! Thanks for all your hard work as ever.
