#419 missing image part

Hello,
I have a problem on pal source (does not happen on other softwares ect...). When i m running on pal source, there is a missing image part at the bottom of the picture.
It s bothersome when playing ps2 i cannot see the last line when characters talk or i cannot see my HP/MP in RPG...
I use TerraTec AV250 and it works well when the source is another type than PAL, (NTSC for exemple.)
I dont think it s a problem of drivers or system because with any others softwares i dont have such a problem.

PS : I tested from PAL_B to PAL_M but not PAL_60 because the source was 50 htz
