I ran deFuse on an ENCODE project data with around 159422284 reads.
It ran well and here is the fragment length stat:
Read Stats
Fragment mean 191.953215997923 stddev 28.5763091510663
Read length min 76 max 76
However, after I added in 20 simulated reads, it finished, but gave me no fusion output from the previous time. Also, the fragment length stat is:
Read Stats
Fragment mean 293.950747094632 stddev 110.477237666094
Read length min 76 max 76
Do you know why this happened? I do not think 20 reads can have such a big effect.
