Thank you for this useful tool. I ran into an issue when building the Docker container: it fails on
RUN git clone https://wandreopoulos@bitbucket.org/wandreopoulos/jgi-ml.git
which I suppose is because this URL requires a login.

Ah, I see, wrong Dockerfile. Need to have the one in
./classifier.
