#1 bad hit rate on decoding

The bard can decode EAN-13 bar codes, but it does a
poor job at it. By using some of the techniques in the
experimental Python script, and maybe some more
advanced techniques, it should be possible to achieve a
much higher rate of successful bar code decodings.
