I got this mission and proceeded to load the program on my cyberdek, but upon entering the matrix the program vanishes from my banks. I think it is actualy loaded, but isnt showing. Am I just looking on the wrong place?

at the bottom left there is a picture of a computer and a right arrow, click this and down at the bottom it says client program, d/l this program by double clicking it, then run the program to find out where to use it, trhen go there and use it

There is a known bug where sometimes the program size is 0 and the program cannot be loaded:
