1) When Decal detects a client/xml version mismatch at
start-time it presents a pop-up to the user indicating
this, but the OK button (which -should- take the user
to the Decal Agent's update panel) simply closes the
pop-up. This fails to help the user address the
problem the pop-up pointed out.

2) Similarly, when Decal detects that it could not
load memlocs.xml at start-time it presents a pop-up to
the user indicating this, and again the OK button
(which -should- take the user to the Decal Agent's
update panel) simply closes the pop-up. Again, this
fails to help the user address the problem pointed out
by the pop-up.

Both look like an oversight and both have been this
way since the early RC's of Decal2.

The behaviour of the OK button on the pop-up which
reads "One or more of your XML files were not found."
seems to be the intended behaviour that was simply
never implemented for the 2 mentioned above. Pressing
the OK button on THAT pop-up raises the Decal Agent
from the tray and presents the update button to the
user -- which actually helps the user resolve the
issue.

Hence I'm bugging the two that don't work 'quite
right'. Should be a relatively trivial fix to re-use
the button code from the control that's working
properly to affect a fix on those that still need some
attention.

Revision of the current functionality on the two
problematic pop-ups may also allow you to close defect
541009, which is also mismatch-related.

Good idea, these have needed redoing for a while now with
better text and more helpful automation.

    Assigning to self.
