Some files/lines in the "Files" window are red.

I don't know why. Debreate doesn't informe me about it.
There should be an explanation about it. It need to be clear for the user what the GUI tries to tell him when displaying that lines red.

Any files displayed in red are executable. Yes, you are right. There should be something in the GUI that explains that.
