#2 misinterpreted response web page

DDU-0.2.0 does not properly parse the response page
from DynDns.

The symptoms are crashes on Linux and incorrect result
codes on Windows. These symptoms only appear when the
response page was a cache-miss on the server and the
response is "chunked".
