[Ddclient-support] ddclient 3.7.3 release

Maybe you've read the news on
https://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=722635 before but
ddclient 3.7.3 is released.  It has a few bugfixes and typo
corrections.  Most important change: I'm using an auto generated
ChangeLog now.  Feel free to update (don't forget to remove or modify
your cache file)
