It would be really nice to help those just starting out that if you've defined
the default username and password to issue an error or warning if you haven't
defined any hosts to update - currently it exits quietly even with -noquiet
-verbose!

So that's the feature request - if 0 hosts to update print a message saying
"0 hosts to update, specify some (different from default username and password,
look further down in the config file)"
