Looking at your logging in post http://ddclient.pastebin.ca/800558 there's an error on line 178. Looking at post http://ddclient.pastebin.ca/802522 on line 1967 I see it's related to your logging. So I checked your config again and I think I found the problem. Currently you have the default config after your login credentials.
