I removed some unneeded lines from your config but I don't think that causes

I'm wondering why you get lines 172-175.  Those are incorrect.  You have the
same problem with the last lines.  You should get something like;

RECEIVE:  HTTP/1.1 200 OK
RECEIVE:  Date: Wed, 28 Nov 2007 15:58:30 GMT
RECEIVE:  Server: Apache
RECEIVE:  X-UpdateCode: n
RECEIVE:  Content-Type: text/plain
RECEIVE:  Connection: close
RECEIVE:
RECEIVE:  good 81.11.xx.xx
SUCCESS:  updating yourhost.dyndns.org: good: IP address set to xx.xx.xx.xx

Especially the last receive line is important because ddclient uses it to know
if it failed or not.  Did you changed anything on dns or so? Do you use a proxy?
I really don't know why your ddclient stops overthere...
