First, change your daemon interval to at least 300. Dyndns doesn't like if you
use checkip faster.  If you want a faster update, try to get your IP from your
router.
Second, ddclient just uses sendmail to send out mail.  So if sendmail works
correctly, ddclient can send out mail.
Third, the returned message "nohost" means nohost: The hostname specified does
not exist in the database.    If you registered myhome.homelinux.org, you have
to specify myhome.homelinux.org as your host.  I know you did it for security
reasons but www.myhost1.com doesn't look like a dyndns address to me.
