[Ddclient-support] Moving away from sf.net

Hi All,

Since Dave is doing a great job in maintaining the code and responding
to the tickets, I would like to spent some time at moving the project
completely to github.

There are some items popping up while thinking about that migration:
- should we keep the mailing list? I believe it's a good way of
communicating but we could also use the ticket system from github to
discuss items.
- I would like to move the current wiki pages from sourceforge to a
docs directory in the repository.  That way we can use them as gh-pages
which makes the documentation less complex.
- I would keep the current forums at sf.net but set them read-only, if
possible.  Most of the posts are to old to be relevant.

Is there anything else I'm missing?
