Hello DDClient support

I got a problem when I want to start using this ddns service

when attempting to install the client with my credentials

I got the following error in console:

WARNING:  cannot connect to alvero.com.mx:80 socket: IO::Socket::INET:
connect: 10049

I double-check all my credentials to see if everything was written correctly
and it does.

what could be causing my problem?
