ddclient just pipes emails to the "sendmail" command, so you'll have to
configure your sendmail client to use your preferred server. There are
plenty of lightweight MTAs that would probably suit you, my go-to choice
for lightweight is ssmtp but I have not tried to use it with an Exchange
server.
