[Ddclient-support] -{no}quiet send email

Thanks for the terrific program!  It's a wonderful help!

I'm trying to get ddclient to send an email when the IP address changes.
Testing shows that -debug and -verbose must be in the OPTIONS statement, but
-noquiet and -quiet have no effect on whether or not an email gets sent.

Is there a proper way to configure ddclient options so email is sent only
when the IP address changes?
