[Ddclient-support] Upgrade on Ubuntu 12.04

Hello!

I have ddclient 3.8.0 on Ubuntu Server 12.04 and I'm just reading that there are issues with this version with afraid.org.

I apologize if this is a totally ignorant question, but can I just drop in the /usr/sbin/ddclient file for 3.8.2, change the file locations in it to match what the Ubuntu package uses, and have it 'just work'?
