ddclient only updates when the IP address changes, or it nears an expiration time for that particular service.  Since it says it\'s updating from 82.71.43.22 to 82.71.43.22, it seems that your address didn\'t change in that long a time.  If you want it to update every 14 days anyway, you can give it the \'-force\' option, but the usual way is to let it check whether the IP address has changed much more often, but only send the update when it changes or it\'s getting close to 30 days (or whatever period of time).

Also, BTW, you can let it take care of the calculations for you by giving it something like \"daemon=14d\", and it\'ll work out how many seconds that is.
