[Ddclient-forum] [ddclient - Help] did ddclient break apache?

I just installed 3.7.3 on an old Compac Armada running FreeBSD 7.0

It started up and seems to work just fine EXCEPT that beginning with the first
system restart after installing ddclient, Apache "cannot bind to 192.168.10.99"
The ONLY change made to this system was the installation of ddclient.  Any ideas
how this might have broken apache?
