You could use http://ddclient.pastebin.ca or http://ddclient.pastebin.com/ Make a posts for configurations. I'm afraid you need a wrapper to add multiple arguments to the postrun script. You could try to use the wrapper I posted on http://ddclient.pastebin.com/m6e95c4ba.
