Thank you for this - very good timing as I needed this since a couple of days
ago, so patched ddclient (Version: 3.7.3-4ubuntu1) with your patch and it seems
to work like a charm, although it has only been 2 days.

Oh, and a thank you to all the authors of ddclient.
