#94 ddclient 3.9.0 use of "keys" function incompatible with old Perl versions

ddclient 3.9.0 uses the "keys" function in a way that does not work with Perl versions older than 5.12 (line 4576). I'm no expert here but according to some web search, "keys @variable" may be replaced by "0..$#variable" to stay compatible with older Perl versions (like 5.10 shipped with RHEL/CentOS 6).

Error message:

Type of arg 1 to keys must be hash (not private array) at /usr/local/bin/ddclient line 4576, near "@hosts) "
Execution of /usr/local/bin/ddclient aborted due to compilation errors.
