#89 r204 has broken functionality that was added in ddclient 3.8.2 re: Namecheap

It looks like r204 has caused a regression in functionality with Namecheap - release 3.8.2 changed how Namecheap works with ddclient to allow multiple domains to be used, but r204 reverted that to the previous behavior.

Please revert r204, as the change in 3.8.2 reflects a popular manual patch that everyone using ddclient with namecheap and multiple domains had to do (as ddclient doesn't support updating multiple domains with the same hostname portion).

I'm aware that Namecheap's documentation said to do it in the 3.8.1 and earlier manner, but that documentation was incorrect. Changing the software to match broken documentation broke the software.

I can confirm this behaviour. I was using v3.8.2 (default on ubuntu 16.04) and then upgraded to 3.9.0 only to find that the multiple namecheap functionality has come and gone. Will be trying some intermediate version in the meantime.
