[ddccontrol-users] Speed of command-line program

Hi,

I'd like to use your great program to control my monitor led via command
line.
I figured out the command - ddccontrol pci:01:00.0-1 -f -r 0xfd -w 1

And it works perfectly, but the only problem is that it takes too long to
execute (like 3 seconds).

Is there a way so I can make this happen instantly?
