In the gtSetupSegmentation GUI, we should use the "real" blob segmentation (which is used afterwards) method instead of a 2D segmentation.

Status: refactoring of the GUI is need. Using just a quarter of the detector could help to speed-up the process.

In the meanwhile Andy is developing a new and more advanced GUI that will pack more features.
