Slightly OT, what version of the gettext tools are required? Building 
with scons, I get a 'xgettext: unrecognized flag "--package-name=dcpp"'. 
I'm using the latest precompiled binaries I could find (0.13.1), but 
they generate this error message. Have you compiled them yourself from 
the gettext 0.17 source? Naturally, I'm on win32.
