[dcplusplus-devel] Patch to remove restriction with sharing files named with a dollar sign

The included patch will remove the restriction set in
ShareManager.cpp, where file names containing a dollar sign ('$') will
not be shared. This restriction is obsolete since DC++ only requests
(and accept requests) with a file's TTH, and not the name.
