[dcplusplus-devel] patch: magnet dialog + favhubs

magnet dialog ported, as long as its commented code (which is still 
commented out for now).
changed some radio buttons IDs to make sure they were ordered correctly...

also, small fixes in fav hubs, including changing ::WidgetFactory to 
SmartWin::WidgetFactory so that a double-click on a link in one of the 
textboxes doesn't get parsed.
