[dcplusplus-devel] patch: bgcolor in settings fix

fixed the example box in settings > colors & sounds; the background color 
wasn't displayed correctly.

i've also been trying to change the background color in Stats Frame (it 
shouldn't stay white, but it should use the colors chosen in settings) but 
the best i could do is get a black background...
