[dcplusplus-devel] Encoding in chat

Hi devs.
Maybe You find it strange, but some people are not using english in-chats and 
they would like to use diacritics. Moreover, some hubs are multilingual (here 
- Polish, Chinese and French). Is there any way to set UTF-8 as default hub 
encoding? it would be useful for many ppl.
