[dcplusplus-devel] patch: chat refactoring

as there are many commonalities between hub and PM windows, here is a 
proposal to group the duplicated code into a new AspectChat class.
as a start, i've only moved the /clear stuff, but there are of course a lot 
more methods that could be moved later on.
