I'm not a usability expert, but the download/upload icons differ only in 
color, probably really hard to distinguish for color blind. Another is 
the arrows... both of them go down, but it is called "upload"...

The ADL and SPY buttons shouldn't have text or acronyms spelled on them. 
Rather find some metaphor that fits better. Perhaps an actual picture of 
a spy (agent-like, with trench coat and hat)? I don't know.
