    Shadi,
    to use the shapefile loader:

    1. Zip your shapefile
    2. Open the shapefile loader page
    3. Select your file using "Browse..."
    4. Click load file.

    However I fear that your problem might not be with the
    shapefile loader. Could you describe what you would like to
    do and what
    the problem is exactly?
