Possibly a side effekt of starting the DCMMS installer on Vista as a normal user.
I had to restart Apache manually in order to make the Apache alias /dcmms work.

    This is a VISTA problem, it should disabl the UAC on VISTA

    Which "it" should disable the UAC?
    I think this will require

    * A change in the installer code
    * or detailed step-by-step instructions (incl. screenshots) in the Administration guide

    Otherwise you might loose all Vista/2008/Windows 7 users
