The start menu entries of the 2.0.3 installer are messed up:

DCMMS points to http://localhost:81/dcmms/logon.php, while the port should be 80
There is a DCMMS.url.old entry

    This is fixed in 2.0.4
    The DCMMS.url.old entry I did not find it is coming from where, but this was appearing before.

    My guess for the *.old entry is the replace macro in the installer
    Try to clean up after this macro

    Problem still seems to exist for the DCMMS shortcut on the desktop.
    And the desktop shortcut still links to port 81
