The DCMMS 2.0.0 has no instructions how to install on top of MS4W.

Should the MS4W zip file or installer be used?

    I don't think that this is really fixed:

    I think these will be just some points:

    * The main entry point for most people will be the version on the website. This was not updated
    * The old texts have not been removed
    * Strange chapter name in the CHM: 2.1.1
    * Start menu entry to dcmms_administration_guide.pdf leads to nowhere
    * Typo MS4W-base instead of -based
    * Typo: The files will be copied to c:\MS4W\apache\a

    What about Windows Vista?
    What about Windows 2008 Server?

    More confusion: you mention pgInstaller, but refer to an EXE, while pgInstaller is a zipped *.msi

    Still confusing because no clear recommendation is given, which MS4W/PostgreSQL installers/packages should be used.

    The administration guide that is part of the 2.0.4 installer says it describes version 1.1.2+svn
