#6 Support larger frame sizes

Most webcams these days support frame sizes larger than
320x240 so it would make sense to allow dcam to capture
and serve frames larger than this. Right now when I
set my frame size larger in 'video format' i only see
the upper left corner of the larger frame size and dcam
only captures this corner. This would be ok if i could
adjust the capture area to capture the middle of the
frame, this would effectivlely work as a zoom. Another
option would be to allow resizing of the capture area
to capture larger frames and serve larger images.

Just some ideas i thought i'd share with you,
