#257 Bump postgresqldriver version to 42.3.10

Postgresqldriver, aka pgjdbc, has a few critical vulnerabilities in the version pulled in the pom.xml file. Currently version 42.3.1 is defined. Please bump the version to 42.3.10 so as to have less vulnerable transitive dependencies when using dbUnit.
