#20 Disable Debianism

This is kind of obvious. I don't even know where it is originally from, but all non-Debian distributions seem to have it. I don't think it is proper for an upstream project to have distribution-specific code, so this should be no-brainer for inclusion. Nevertheless, something's missing?
